The TD type bucket elevator is a new product developed by our factory based on the D type bucket elevator. Compared with the D type, it has significant advantages such as multiple specifications, large conveying capacity, high lifting height, smooth and reliable operation, and long service life. Its main technical performance and parameters comply with JB3926-85 <<Vertical Bucket Elevator>> (this standard is equivalent and refers to international standards and foreign advanced standards)

Features

1. The conveying capacity is large. Compared with the D type, the TD type with the same bucket width has nearly doubled the conveying capacity:
2. The traction parts are made of high-strength rubber conveyor belts with high tensile strength and long service life.
3. The whole machine has a simple structure, is easy to install, adjust, repair and maintain.
4. The traction part is a low-alloy high-strength circular chain. After appropriate heat treatment, it has high tensile strength and wear resistance and has a long service life.
This elevator adopts centrifugal or mixed unloading method and scoop-type loading. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of low-grinding materials with a density of no more than 1.5 tons/m3. The temperature of the material shall not exceed 60 degrees.
This machine is equipped with four types of hoppers: Q type (shallow hopper), H type (arc bottom hopper), zh type (medium deep hopper), sh type (deep hopper), which can transport various materials respectively. TD type bucket elevator structure type
(1) Transmission device The transmission device of TD bucket elevator comes in two forms, each equipped with YZ type reduction type or ZQ (YY) type reducer. The YZ-type shaft-mounted reducer is directly installed on the spindle head, eliminating the need for transmission platforms, couplings, etc., making the structure compact and light in weight. It also has a special-shaped roller backstop inside, making the backstop reliable. The reducer has low noise, smooth operation, and floats with the main shaft, which can eliminate installation stress.
