A bag filter is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing small, dry, and non fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth, which uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dusty gas. When the dusty gas enters the bag filter, the large and heavy particles of dust settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing finer dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked and the gas is purified.

Pulse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency pulse dust collector that is improved on the basis of the original dust collector. It combines the advantages of various pulse jet dust collectors with chamber backflow, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning intensity and uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air in the chamber, and expands the application range.

Pulse dust collector is a dust containing gas that enters the dust collector through the air inlet. When it first touches the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and due to the inertia effect, the coarse dust particles in the gas directly flow into the ash hopper. As a pre dust collector, the airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upwards and captured on the outer surface of the filter bag through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The purified gas enters the upper cleaning room of the filter bag room and gathers at the air outlet for discharge. During the purification process of the dust containing gas through the filter bag, as time goes on, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and causing the processing air volume to gradually decrease. To ensure normal operation, the resistance must be controlled within a certain range (140-170 millimeters of water column). Once it exceeds the range, the filter bag must be cleaned. During the cleaning process, the pulse control instrument sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air bag is blown through the blowing pipe. Each hole is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through a Venturi tube, and the filter bag rapidly expands, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag returns to its initial state. Dust is cleared and falls into the ash hopper, which is then discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse sprayed to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust removal system.
