Bag dust collector is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth, which uses the filtration effect of the fiber fabric to filter the dust-containing gas. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector, the dust with large particles and heavy specific gravity settles down due to the action of gravity. When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material after entering the ash hopper, the dust is blocked and the gas is purified.

The pulse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency pulse dust collector improved on the basis of the original dust collector. It combines the advantages of various pulse injection dust collectors with divided chamber backflush, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient dust cleaning intensity in the divided chamber and uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air, and expands the range of applications.

In the pulse dust collector, when the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first hits the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, and the air flow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the air flow speed slows down. Due to the inertia effect, the coarse particles in the gas are removed. The dust flows directly into the ash hopper. It plays the role of pre-dust collection. The airflow entering the ash hopper then turns upward and passes through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper clean room of the filter bag chamber and collects to the outlet. When the air is discharged from the air outlet and the dust-containing gas is purified through the filter bag, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag as time goes by, increasing the resistance of the filter bag and causing the treatment air volume to gradually decrease. For normal operation, it must be controlled The resistance is within a certain range (140--170 mm water column). Once the range is exceeded, the filter bag must be cleaned. During cleaning, the pulse controller sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air bag is blown through the blow pipe. Each hole is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag through the venturi tube, and the filter bag expands rapidly instantly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag returns to its original state. The cleaned dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the machine through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse-injected and cleaned, allowing the purified gas to pass normally and ensuring the operation of the dust removal system.
