PPS dust bag
Selected Japanese Toray PPS fiber, using German equipment for opening and needle punching. For decades, process and application technology experts have been producing different PPS dust bags according to customer filtration procedures: PPS (PPS base cloth), PPS (PTFE base cloth) 70% PPS + 30% PTFE, 50% PPS + 50 %PTFE, PPS ultra-low emissions.
All PPS needle-punched felts have been surface treated or protected by coating, and have better filtration performance, high stability and service life.

pps needle felt dust removal filter bag has the following characteristics:
1. The continuous working temperature can reach 160℃, and the instantaneous temperature can reach 190℃
2. Excellent hydrolysis resistance and acid and alkali corrosion resistance, PH value range 1-14.
3. It can be used under working conditions with oxygen content lower than 16% (but the temperature must be controlled within an appropriate range).
The filtration wind speed can be selected from 1-1.5m/min, thereby reducing the size of the equipment and the cost of the equipment.

Installation Instructions
Before installing the equipment, ensure that the foundation is level;
When installing bag dust collectors and multi-tube dust collectors, pay attention to leaving empty space for ash unloading;
After installation, thoroughly clean the inside of the dust collector, and no tools or debris are allowed to remain. The manhole must be tightly sealed.
