PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene needle punching is a filter material made by three-dimensional needle punching of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene fiber). The product has good temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, high filtration efficiency, low operating resistance, and long service life. It is widely used in various harsh flue gas filtration environments such as steel, electricity, and garbage incineration.
PTFE needle felt filter bag is made of PTFE fiber + PTFE base fabric, without adding any raw materials and additives, and does not change the original characteristics of PTFE. The needle-punched stain is laminated with a PTFE microporous film through a special thermal lamination process. The surface is smooth, the dust peeling strength is high, the dust is easy to clean, and the filtration efficiency is as high as 99.99%.
