The explosion-proof electromagnetic pulse valve directly means that the original ordinary coil is made into an explosion-proof coil. This is used to isolate sparks so that they cannot come into contact with flammable and explosive gas fibers and dust to prevent explosions. The electromagnetic pulse valve controls the opening and closing of the unloading hole in the valve body based on electrical signals. When the valve body is unloaded, the pressure gas in the back cavity of the valve is discharged, and the pressure gas in the front cavity of the valve is throttled by the negative pressure hole on the diaphragm. is lifted and the pulse valve blows. When the valve body stops unloading, the pressure gas quickly fills the back cavity of the valve through the damping hole. Due to the difference in the force-bearing areas of the two sides of the diaphragm on the valve body, the gas force in the back cavity of the valve is large, and the diaphragm can be reliably closed. The blowing port of the valve, the pulse valve stops blowing. The electrical signal is timed in milliseconds. The moment the pulse valve is opened, a powerful impact airflow is generated, thereby achieving instantaneous injection.
