1. Dust removal bag singeing. The main process is to quickly pass the non-woven fabric through the singeing burner to remove the fluff and defects on the non-woven fabric surface, thereby obtaining a smoother cloth surface. During the singeing process, damage to the nonwoven fabric should be avoided as much as possible to avoid reducing its strength. After the singeing process, the loosening and scattering of surface fibers can be effectively reduced. On the other hand, when the surface of the dust bag is treated and filtered, it is easier for smoke and dust to accumulate on the surface to form a primary layer, which is conducive to filtering smaller particles and further improving the filtration efficiency. The singeing process is relatively simple, but it will improve product quality. Crucially, the controller control parameters have the following two aspects:
(1) The running speed of the cloth guide roller and the cloth winding roller. The running speed of the two is directly related to the contact time between the singeing burner and the flame when the dust bag is still a non-woven fabric. Generally speaking, the speed of the cloth winding roller and the cloth guide roller should be consistent. The speed depends on the requirements of different cloth samples. The conveying speed of samples with rough surface and more fluff is slower than that of cloth samples with smooth surface and less fluff.
(2) The temperature of the singeing burner. The effect of the singeing process depends on the temperature of the burner. The temperature is set according to the melting point or ignition point of the fibers on the surface of the dust bag. At the same time, the product's requirements for the uniformity of the cloth surface must also be considered. The temperature of the burner should not be too high, otherwise it will easily damage the cloth surface, causing defects on the cloth surface and affecting the quality. In addition, due to the long flame width, the flame temperature of each section must be unified to avoid uneven cloth surface treatment due to temperature differences.
2. Calendering
After the non-woven filter material is singed, melts or burning ashes will generally be left on the surface. The flatness of the cloth surface is not enough, and the power to further improve the flatness must be calendered. Calendering is done by singeing. The nonwoven fabric passes smoothly through the upper and lower rollers with a certain pressure. The heat of the hairiness that has just been flame heat treated has not been completely dissipated, and its shape has not been finally fixed. Under the action of the pressing force of the upper and lower rollers, these hairiness will be tightly attached. On the fabric and set it down. The main parameter of calendering is the pressure of the upper and lower rollers. Generally, the greater the pressure, the smoother the cloth surface, the denser the dust bag cloth surface, and the better dimensional stability. However, if the pressure is too high, the cloth bag will become stiff and the cloth surface will be stiff. The gaps will also be squeezed into smaller spaces, reducing filtration efficiency.
The pore diameter of the dust bag after singeing and calendering has increased to a greater extent, but the changes are different for different materials. Different control parameters must be set according to different filter materials to prevent the temperature and pressure from being too high or too low.
