The single-machine bag dust collector adopts pulse injection dust cleaning method, which has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large air volume, long filter bag life, small maintenance workload and fast operation.

The stand-alone bag dust collector is a single dust removal equipment with an automatic dust cleaning structure. This bag dust collector is widely used in cement, mineral powder, mining, metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, food processing and other industrial and mining enterprises.

1. Upper box: including liftable cover (or fastening cover) and air outlet.

2. Middle box: including porous plate, access door, filter bag, keel, venturi tube, etc.

3. Lower box: including pressure measuring joints, etc.

4. Injection system: including pulse controller, electromagnetic pulse valve, injection pipe, and air bag dust collector. The working principle is as follows: dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the ash hopper (or the lower open flange), and the coarser particles fall directly into the filter chamber. Entering the ash hopper or silo, the dust-containing gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the surface of the bag. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay (or micro-differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work, opening the pulse valves one by one, allowing the compressed air to pass through the nozzle to the filter bag. The dust cleaning is carried out to cause the filter bag to suddenly expand. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the bag surface quickly breaks away from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged from the ash discharge valve. After the dust blowing and cleaning of all filter bags is completed, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
