1. If the initial layer of the bag is not thick enough, the sparks brought in by the smoke will enter the bag, or the dust will heat up, which will also cause holes in the dust bag. 2. Wear: Wear of the dust bag mainly occurs in the middle part of the dust collector. On a single dust bag, it mainly occurs within 1 meter of the bag from the outlet. The main reason is that the flue gas is unevenly distributed, the flow rate in the middle of the single chamber is too high, and the filter air speed at the outlet of a single dust bag is too high, causing dust to impact and wear the bag, and also causing the fabric fiber tension of the dust bag to be affected. 3. Excessive filtration air speed will cause the initial dust layer to break, and the dust to impact the bag, causing excessive wear. If the frequency of cleaning the bag is too high at this time, it will easily cause the fabric of the bag to loosen and accelerate the wear of the bag. If the dust in the flue gas exceeds the design standard, it will also accelerate the wear of the bag. 4. The distance between the dust removal bags is too small, the keel is bent, etc., which can easily cause wear between the bags. If the diameter difference between the bag and the keel is too small, the cleaning effect will be poor, which will shorten the cleaning cycle and increase the pressure of the spray air. If it is too large, the friction between the bag and the keel will accelerate wear. Special attention should be paid to the characteristics of certain filter cloths that change greatly with temperature and have elongation characteristics.
5. When there are holes or burrs in the keel welding, or rough surfaces due to corrosion, the wear of the bag will also be accelerated. If the bag and the porous plate are not tightly sealed, it will cause wear at the folds of the bag.
6. If the venturi tube or pulse tube is not aligned correctly relative to the bag, it is easy for the airflow from the blow tube to directly wash away the upper part of the bag and cause wear. Cleaning the bag too frequently will accelerate the wear of the bag.
